Accessories distributor SIRUI USA, LLC acquired by Guangdong SIRUI Optical Co., Ltd
Verona, N.J. (June 19, 2018) – SIRUI USA proudly announces the joining of forces between SIRUI USA and Guangdong SIRUI Optical Co., Ltd. [Editor’s Note: The company opened its corporate office in December, 2016, according to Digital Imaging Reporter.]
Effective immediately, SIRUI USA LLC has become a direct subsidiary of the Guangdong SIRUI Optical Co. located in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China.
Guangdong SIRUI Optical Co is the design, development and manufacturing headquarters for all SIRUI products worldwide. This acquisition brings the two companies together to strengthen the capabilities of SIRUI USA to support and service its retailers and consumers.
