Coloris Print Romania has chosen Taopix as their personalization and photo commerce platform

Newcastle Upon Tyne – 1 November 2018 – Coloris Print Romania, has chosen Taopix as their personalization and photo commerce platform as they enter the Photo-Gifting market, under the DreamShare brand. Owner and founder of Coloris Print, Adrian Marinescu, has spent months researching various photo commerce platforms before deciding to join the Taopix family.

Coloris Print already have an extensive client base that utilizes their services for personalized items like invitations, children’s party prints, business cards, and birthday cards. “In Romania, there isn’t really an advanced option for clients to create and print their photobooks, canvas prints, calendars, and other personalized items, so I saw an opportunity,” says Marinescu.

Marinescu was given a grant by the Romanian government, and he wanted to ensure that he was utilising this grant in a way that would bring a return on the investment. “For the time being, for more complex products like photobooks, Coloris Print will be using a fulfillment partner. Computer MCL, another Taopix client was introduced to us by Michael Carey, our Taopix business development manager. I really love the way that Taopix have stepped in to assist and support me in getting my photo personalization platform up and running.” continues Marinescu

The long-term goal for Coloris Print is to grow exponentially in the area of photo-gifting, through DreamShare their new brand, and not only distribute their products in Romania, but globally. Marinescu believes the marketing of their brand and product offering is key, and they have teamed up with a Marketing company to assist them with their go-to-market strategy and implementation. When asked why he decided to go with Taopix after all his investigations, Marinescu responds that the fact that he owns the license and the platform as well as the comprehensive Taopix offering was the swaying factor in his decision. He also adds that the support team resolve any queries fast and efficiently and working with them is a pleasure.

With his Taopix platform, Marinescu intends to sell photobooks, canvas prints, posters, calendars and photo-gifts like keyrings, mousepads, water bottles and mugs. “We are extremely excited to welcome Coloris Print to the Taopix family,” says Steffen Haaga, commercial director at Taopix. “Romania does not currently have these services available locally, and we have no doubt that Adrian and his team will continue to go from strength to strength in the photo-gifting sector. Through continuous innovation and evolution of our product offering, everything we do is with our customer in mind and we are excited to see what the future holds for Coloris Print.”
