Printful production facility

Personalized product maker Printful is opening a new 115,200-square-foot U.S. fulfillment center in Coppell, TX, adding around 100 new jobs during its first year of operations. Printful has 8 facilities around the world, and three of them are located in the United States: two in Charlotte, NC, and one in Los Angeles, CA.

“In 2020, we fulfilled and shipped more than 1 million items each month, and the new facility will allow us to increase our capacity even more,” comments Davis Siksnans, CEO & Co-Founder of Printful. “We’re seeing a growing demand for our services, and we chose the Dallas region for our next facility due to its favorable business environment and strategic location. Now, we’ll be able to improve fulfillment and delivery times for customers in Central and Southern states.”

When the Coppell facility is in full function, delivery times for Texas will be reduced to 2 business days.

Printful has invested $49.9 million in printing equipment and tech across all locations, the company said, adding there are to invest $15 million in the Coppell facility, including 20 Kornit Atlas Printers and 48 embroidery machines. Printful’s new facility will offer direct-to-garment (DTG) and embroidery product fulfillment and also serve as a warehousing facility.

Since its founding in 2013, Printful delivered 28 million items and, in 2019, the company hit a revenue milestone of $116 million.
