1HourPhoto, a leading photo printing, canvas, and gifting company, marked its 13th anniversary with the introduction of a new feature: “The Print Button” on LunaPic, a popular free online photo editor. Since its founding in June 2012, 1HourPhoto has transformed how consumers preserve memories, expanding from a simple photo-printing service to a full digital ecosystem that includes award-winning mobile apps, strategic brand acquisitions, and seamless integrations with top U.S. retailers. The new “Print” integration with LunaPic.com, a long-established online image editing platform, lets users instantly send edited photos for printing through 1HourPhoto. LunaPic’s free editing tools—ranging from AI art effects and background removal to animation and transparency—now link directly to the 1HourPhoto fulfillment system, creating a seamless creative-to-print workflow.

“Preserving photo memories is at the heart of our mission,” said Fred H. Lerner, CEO and co-founder of 1HourPhoto. “As technology evolves, we continue to make it faster, easier, and more affordable for customers to turn digital photos into tangible keepsakes. Partnering with LunaPic brings that mission to millions more.”

Today, the 1HourPhoto app connects directly with major retail chains including CVS, Walgreens, and Duane Reade, allowing customers to print photos for same-day pickup at over 16,000 locations nationwide — often in just one hour. The platform also offers convenient mail-to-home delivery and a diverse catalog of products such as photo books, canvas wall art, cards, and personalized gifts.

“This integration connects creative expression with physical preservation,” said Peter Tahmin, co-founder and COO of 1HourPhoto. “LunaPic users can now take their designs from screen to print with a single click—no login or software required.”
