CEWE Group holds Innovation Days

On Feb. 18 and 19, more than 1,200 employees from across Europe gathered in Oldenburg for the CEWE Group’s Innovation Days. The event has established itself as a regular meeting point for all of the group’s brands and locations. Whether new products, further developments of apps and software, or service improvements: At the Innovation Days in the Weser-Ems-Hallen in Oldenburg, everything revolved around making customer experiences even more personal, intuitive, and convenient.

“In all our innovations, people are always at the heart of everything we do. This mindset is firmly anchored in our mission statement, ‘The WE in CEWE,’ and shapes our daily actions,” emphasizes Thomas Mehls, CEO of the CEWE Group.

To explore this topic in greater depth, James Dodkins, an internationally renowned customer experience expert from Great Britain, was a keynote speaker at the Innovation Days. In his presentation, “Six Simple Steps to Rockstar CX,” he used practical examples to demonstrate how companies can create unforgettable customer experiences through attentiveness, clarity, and genuine connection. His message: Enthusiasm arises where people are taken seriously – both internally and externally.
