MyHeritage announced it has added AI editing tools to its MyStories platform, which turns family stories into a keepsake book. The new features include:

  • AI Editor, a writing assistant built right into the story editor
  • Audio QR codes, which allow you to listen to recorded stories in your loved one’s own voice straight from the printed book
  • A dedication page you can add at the front of your book
  • The ability to arrange multiple photos side by side, and to rotate photos

AI Editor is a writing assistant built directly into the MyStories editor that helps the user polish their text without ever leaving the page. These features including fixing grammar, spelling and punctuation, and adjusting the writing style and tone.

For audio QR codes, codes can be added at print time to include an audio recording. Scanning a code opens a page in the reader’s phone browser where they can play the recordings.
