Photo Imaging CONNECT conference announces Hans Hartman, president of Suite 48 Analytics and chair of Visual 1st, will present, “Exit Stage Right,” at its 2026 event, March 1-2, in Las Vegas. Part of the startup journey is to consider exit options. Apart from IPOs, what to consider when developing a proactive exit strategy? In this session, Hartman will describe what different types of acquirers are looking for, the do’s and don’t for approaching them, and the logic – or lack thereof – behind today’s valuations.
Prior to founding Suite 48 Analytics, Hartman was senior. director of market research at multimedia software company, Nero, and director of product strategy at desktop publishing software company, Quark. He has directed the first European Future Image Mobile Imaging Summit and chaired various Seybold Seminars PDF Conferences, as well as the Electronic Publishing Magazine Print Workflow Summit. He co-founded Piczo, a teen photo-sharing site that, in its heydays counted more than 25 million registered users.
