The Photographic Research Organization (PRO) held its PRO Spring Convention and Trade Show on March 21-23 at the Lincolnshire Marriott, Lincolnshire, Ill. The event featured attendance from photo dealers from around the globe and a trade show with more than 40 vendors. The educational opportunities featured an excellent general session on the topic of physical store security and numerous breakout sessions on store operations, hiring and recruiting strategies, marketing techniques, and more.

As usual, the proceedings are kept confidential but the Dead Pixels Society was invited as a guest to observe. Here are some video highlights and views:
