Pro Imaging adds free “Connect” conference in April

Free educational conference is for pro lab, vertically integrated school/sports photography, and retail photography businesses

Pro Imaging Expo, producer of the imaging-industry events, has added a free educational event, April 13-14, 2019, preceding its annual Pro Imaging Golf tournament and Future Imaging Symposium, at, Mission Inn Resort and Club, Howey-in-the-Hills, Fla. Pro Imaging CONNECT is targeted toward portrait labs, vertically integrated photography studios, and retail camera/photography stores.

“We want to establish a low-cost way for business owners and managers in the industry to get together, share ideas, experience new products and equipment,” says Toren Prawdzik, chairman of Pro Imaging Golf. “The event will be hosted for two days, with five hours of educational content each day. There are options for the educational event only, as well as elevated options to stay at the resort, and possibly play a round of golf as well.”

The Pro Imaging CONNECT event precedes the 30th annual Pro Imaging Golf tournament and Future Imaging Symposium, which focuses on large-format imaging.

“Education is important in this industry,” added Prawdzik. “We want to provide the location where ideas can flow freely, so when you come to join us, bring an open mind and be ready to be a part of the process.”
