Rise Above Research has new reports available

Photo industry research firm Rise Above Research announced a slate of new reports on its reports page:

  • Photo Cards & Photo Books: Preferred Vendors and Net Promoter Scores – This analysis study takes a closer look at the top vendors in the photo card and photo book categories to analyze differences among age groups and genders, as well as the likelihood that buyers would recommend these vendors to others. Net promoter scores for the top five vendors in each category are also provided.
  • 2022 US Photo Merchandise Prints Forecast: 2021-2026– The 2022 US Photo Prints Forecast provides a five-year forecast for photo prints, broken out by home, online and retail store printing for volume and revenue. It includes a summary of overall market drivers and barriers, as well as forecast methodology and key recommendations. The forecast includes an Excel pivot table, PowerPoint charts and a detailed written report.
  • Lay-Flat Photo Books: Consumer Habits & Trends – This report takes an in-depth look at the lay-flat photo book category, with data collected from the 2021 US Photo Merchandise Survey. It highlights the key buying segments and vendors used for lay-flat books, and discusses how buying behavior and future expectations compares to standard non-lay-flat books.
  • Keep in mind that we also have the 2022 US Photo Printing Study that was published in April 2022 and is still fresh. This study had a total of 1,324 respondents between the ages of 13 and 79 that were questioned about photo printing habits with detailed sections on home, online and retail store printing. This study includes a written report, data tabs in PDF and Excel format, and PowerPoint charts.
  • In the Pipeline – Rise Above Research is working on analysis reports on home printing habits and trends, as well as instant printing. They are also beginning to do the initial work on this year’s U.S. Photo Merchandise Study.
