ShootProofs adds exec James Scott to a key customer support role

Atlanta’s ShootProof, a provider of online gallery software and services for professional and semi-professional photographers, hired James Scott as vice president, customer success. Scott will lead the customer success and customer support teams.

The company said Scott is a seasoned executive with a track record of serving high-growth SaaS companies, joining ShootProof from SuccessHacker, where he served as General Partner. His expertise is helping organizations focus on the customer journey to deliver an extraordinary customer experience, underpinned by world-class customer success, on-boarding and support organizations, the company said.
