Gary Pageau of the Dead Pixels Society interviews David Crandall of Nationwide Studios about the major moves the company has made in the yearbook market. In November 2024, Nationwide acquired yearbook software supplier Pixami, According to the announcement, Pixami and its strategic partner, The Volume Printing Group, will launch new offerings for U.S. and international partners that will provide a new solution in the yearbook market. In this interview, Crandall explains the business plan for the new Volume Printing Group and the opportunities for expansion of the yearbook market and commercial printing into the volume photography space.
