Advertek expands personalized production with new facility

Canadian personalized product Advertek Printing Inc. has opened a second production facility in Brampton, Ontario, according to Joe Montalbano, co-CEO. The company has its main lithographic facility in Vaughn, Ontario, and moved its second location to Brampton. (In 2016, Advertek purchased Smart Laser Graphics in 2016, but has since outgrown that facility.)

According to Montalbano, the 30,000-square-foot facility will produce small- and large-format digital printing, case-bound and PUR books, dye-sublimation products for gifting, like drinkware and plaques, as well as canvas. Color and black-and-white work is produced on Xerox iGen 4 and 5 platforms; production equipment also includes Epson roll printers and Agfa flatbed printers.
