Best Buy updates logo

Leading consumer electronics retailer Best Buy has updated its logo for the first time in three decades, according to Minnesota Star Tribune. The chain’s new marketing focus will be on the staff of Best Buy, rather than price. The new tagline is “Let’s talk about what’s possible.”

“We feel our biggest advantage is our people,” and in particular the blue-shirted store employees, said Whit Alexander, Best Buy’s chief marketing officer. “We wanted to find tools and a platform to talk about our people more loudly.”
