Circle Graphics acquires JONDO

Investment firm H.I.G. Capital announced its portfolio company, Circle Graphics, has acquired canvas print lab JONDO, Ltd. Terms weren’t disclosed. JONDO will become a unit of Circle’s Sensaria wall-decor division.

JONDO is a provider of personalized photo products sold primarily through online channel partners. It operates three facilities strategically located across the United States to deliver high-quality, mass-customized products with unrivaled lead times, the company said. JONDO was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Yorba Linda, California.

JONDO represents Circle’s sixth add-on acquisition since it was acquired by H.I.G. in September 2019. Other acquisitions include CanvasPop, Bay Photo, and Graphik Dimensions.
