Claranova management announce share purchases

PlanetArt parent company Claranova announced several members of its management team recently increased their stake in the company’s capital through share purchases on the market.

  • Eric Gareau , CEO of Claranova and Avanquest, acquired 50,000 shares on Sept. 26, 2024, bringing his total stake to 153,689 shares.
  • Xavier Rojo , Administrative and Financial Director of Claranova, acquired 25,993 shares on Sept. 20, 2024, bringing his total stake to 50,000 shares.
  • Mathieu Laforge , Executive Vice President, Operations of Avanquest, acquired 19,600 shares on Aug. 2, 2024.
