PlanetArt parent Claranova, fresh off the announcement of a new CEO, reported a reorganization of its management team, all of whom will be part of the Group’s executive committee and will report to the CEO Eric Gareau:
- Xavier Rojo is appointed Administrative and Financial Director, after having been Deputy Managing Director, thus strengthening the company’s financial function.
- Isabelle Frenette is appointed Executive Vice President, Talent Recruitment and Company Culture, a newly created role that underscores the company’s focus on attracting and retaining talent.
- Beth Burkhart joins the company as Strategy and Innovation Advisor, a newly created position that aims to refine the Group’s strategic direction and promote innovation to improve profitability.

“The new leadership team organization introduces key roles to better distribute responsibilities and improve the organization’s performance, reflecting our ambition to transform Claranova,” said Gareau. “The new appointments will allow us to benefit from the varied experience and expertise of all to put greater emphasis on the performance of the different teams and focus on innovation while encouraging collaboration. They are part of the new chapter in Claranova’s history that we are writing and which will be detailed when we announce our strategic plan later this year.”
