Dakis Decision Systems, Inc., announced several updates to its solutions, including:

Order management – Mydakis shopping basket

  • Merchants can view the status of their account directly in mydakis.com
  • Allows cancellation/refund of Pay InStore and Account Payment orders
  • Partial refunds are supported

CRM Module – Customer Management – NEW

  • Quick access to the order dashboard and customer lifecycle value
  • Convert to an offline account to an online account by sending a password creation email
  • View list of unfinished print orders to quickly assist customers by sharing, duplicating, or extending the duration or modify orders

Inventory

  • Import and export quantities by store in CSV format

Payment management

  • Avoid credit card fees by separating the authorization process and payment capture for multiple payment methods
  • Capture, cancellation and refunds can be carried out directly on mydakis.com
  • Dakis Pay payment method added
  • Allows partial card approval and multiple payment methods
  • Integration of the Computyme gift card
