Dr. Rolf Hollander extended as CEWE chairman of the Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees of the Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung announced it extended Dr. Rolf Hollander‘s term of office as a member and in his function as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for a further four years at its meeting on Nov. 29, 2022.

The Board of Management of the Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung is having legal concerns examined with regard to the conformity of these decisions with the Articles of Association.

As a personally liable partner, the Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung manages the business of the listed CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA.
