FastEditor adds branded print proofs to its Studio Tool

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

FastEditor, the Netherlands-based artwork-automation platform for the promotional products and branded merchandise industry, announced that branded print proofs are now available in its Studio Tool. Sales teams and account managers can place a customer’s artwork on any product and download a polished, on-brand print proof together with the production-ready file in under 20 seconds — without a designer on call, the company said.

The proof carries the reseller’s own branding automatically — logo, brand colours, contact details, terms and any custom content — because proofs are templated per workspace. It is delivered as a PDF by default (PNG and JPG optional) and is generated from the same data as the production file, so what the customer approves is what gets printed.

Customers approve the proof online. Every approval is timestamped, stored against the order, and bundled with the production-ready file when it moves to manufacturing — cutting out follow-up emails and preventing after-the-fact disputes about what was agreed.

“Every promotional-products reseller knows the proofing bottleneck — a customer wants to see their logo on the product before they commit, and someone has to build that mock-up by hand,” says Rick Molenaar, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), FastEditor. “By making branded print proofs part of the Studio Tool, we turn that into a 20-second, self-service step that still looks like it came from your own studio. Your account managers close faster, your customers know exactly what they’re getting, and your brand is on every proof.”

Branded print proofs are available now in the FastEditor Studio Tool. The feature works with every product in the Product Hub and with any logo — including lower-quality uploads, which are automatically vectorised and improved. Demos can be requested at fasteditor.com.
