FUJIFILM Holdings Corp. reported strong fiscal year 2025 results, with the Imaging segment emerging as one of the company’s key growth drivers. Overall company revenue rose 5.0% year-over-year to JPY3.357 trillion, while operating income increased 6.1% to JPY350.2 billion. Net income attributable to Fujifilm climbed 6.0% to JPY276.7 billion. The company also announced plans to raise its annual dividend for the 16th consecutive year.

The Imaging segment delivered particularly robust fourth-quarter performance, benefiting from continued global demand for instant photography products and premium digital cameras. Segment revenue increased 22.6% year-over-year to JPY141.4 billion, while operating income edged up 1.1% to JPY24.5 billion.

Hybrid Instant Camera “instax WIDE Evo”

Within Consumer Imaging, Fujifilm’s instax instant photography line remained a major growth engine. The company cited strong sales of flagship products such as the instax mini 12 and instax mini Evo, along with newer products including the instax WIDE 400, instax Link 3, and instax WIDE Evo. Fujifilm said these products helped expand the instax user base globally, reinforcing the brand’s popularity among younger consumers and social-media-oriented photographers.

Professional Imaging also posted solid gains, driven by the successful launch of several new camera models during the fiscal year. Fujifilm highlighted strong demand for the GFX100RF medium-format camera, as well as the X half, X-E5, and X-T30 III mirrorless models. Continued sales of existing X Series and GFX Series cameras also contributed to the division’s momentum.

Fujifilm’s management identified Imaging as one of the company’s strongest-performing businesses alongside Healthcare and Electronics. President and CEO Teiichi Goto specifically noted “steady growth in the Imaging segment, including digital cameras” as a contributor to the company’s record-high revenue and earnings.

Looking ahead to fiscal year 2026, Fujifilm forecasts another year of record financial performance, projecting revenue of JPY3.47 trillion and operating income of JPY365.0 billion. The company expects continued strength from both the Electronics and Imaging segments, suggesting sustained momentum for its instant photography and digital camera businesses.
