Print personalization platform Gelato announced an integration with online retailer Amazon. This partnership will allow creators to design and launch products—ranging from wall art and calendars to tote bags and sportswear—within minutes, and then sell it through their Amazon storefront. Once an order is placed, Gelato takes care of production, shipping, and delivery. This is currently available to merchants selling on the Amazon US marketplace.

“The Amazon x Gelato integration helps empower the global creator economy by coupling the world’s largest online marketplace with the world’s largest network for production on demand,” says Henrik Müller-Hansen, founder and CEO, Gelato. “Amazon’s vast reach and Gelato’s robust network of local makers gives anyone the opportunity to scale their business in a way that is better for people and the planet.”

Ahead of the holiday season, Gelato explains this will allow sellers can launch new products and quickly tweak their product offerings based on trends and demand. Their orders are then produced and delivered across local production hubs and distributors in the United States.
