GotPhoto names Lora Kimball head of operations

GotPhoto Inc., the workflow platform for volume photographers, announced the hire of Lora Kimball as the new head of operations. Having previously worked for Shutterfly and Printful, Kimball brings to GotPhoto 23 years of experience working in customer support and team management, with 10 years of that in e-commerce.

“This position demands someone with experience and knowledge, and Lora brings that,” says Benedikt Greifenhofer, CEO of GotPhoto. “The Head of Operations role leads our technical partner integrations as well as our customer success and account management teams. This will be a key to continuing our development and growth in the volume photography market.”

Before her start at GotPhoto, Kimball worked as a Customer Care Supervisor for Shutterfly and as a Customer Support Manager of the North American region for Printful. She aims to leverage her experience in these roles to build a more efficient and strategic customer success team at GotPhoto and maintain its industry-wide reputation for excellent customer care, the company said.
