The Photo Managers seek new CEO

The Photo Managers (TPM) is seeking new leadership, according to Cathi Nelson, founder and CEO. The job listing here.

“The need for professional photo managers has never been greater,” she said. “As digital archives expand, new technologies emerge, and families recognize the importance of preserving their memories, our industry is poised for incredible growth. Our community and business are growing rapidly, and we’re ready to meet this opportunity head-on.”

She announced David McFarland has joined the Board of TPM and made a significant investment to become the new owner. He has more than 20 years of experience as a corporate executive.

Nelson says the organization is looking to onboard a new CEO and she will remain fully involved in day-to-day leadership through mid 2026, ensuring a smooth transition.
