VistaPrint parent Cimpress reported first-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue of $971.3 million, up 20.7% from $804.4 million. Organic constant-currency growth was 4%, with acquisitions and currency accounting for much of the reported increase.

The company’s operating income was $30.2 million, down from $31.0 million, and the adjusted EBITDA: $69.0 million, down 21.6% from $88.0 million. The net income was $32.9 million, up from $20.9 million.

Adjusted free cash flow was negative $35.5 million, improving from negative $42.4 million.

VistaPrint revenue was $413.7 million, up 10.6% reported and 3% organically; adjusted EBITDA increased 1.9% to $67.7 million.

Print Group revenue was $391.8 million, up 32.2% reported and 5% organically; adjusted EBITDA rose 7.9% to $51.7 million.

Management maintained fiscal 2027 guidance for at least 7% reported revenue growth, 3% organic growth and $520 million of adjusted EBITDA. It expects earnings improvement to build later in the year as PrintBrothers integration savings and VistaPrint’s North American production investments begin contributing more substantially.
