Claranova announced it is establishing a single, cross-functional executive committee to optimize the execution of its strategy and appointed Thierry Jaffry to executive VP of Revenue and Growth to boost B-to-B performance. Claranova recently spun out its PlanetArt business to focus solely on its Avanquest imaging software business.
Claranova’s unified Executive Committee (COMEX) is a merger of the COMEXs of Avanquest and Claranova, and is tasked with leading the execution of its strategic plan and accelerating the development of its business. The Board of Directors of Claranova also accepted the resignation of Gabrielle Gauthey from her position as director, for personal reasons, effective Dec. 31, 2025. The board has elected not to replace her.
