Colorado Timberline assets up for auction January 10th

The assets of defunct photo products maker Colorado Timberline will be up for sale at an online auction site, the Branford Group, in January. Colorado Timberline suddenly went dark, leaving hundreds of customers without orders, before finally closing abruptly. The company had been in business since 2013, providing unique personalized photo items to retailers and online sites; in June, 2017, the company was acquired by Chicago-based Frontenac and Connecticut-based Charter Oak Equity.

The auction is split into separate lots. One is an online auction beginning Tuesday, Jan. 10th, and closing a week later. Equipment in this lot includes plant equipment from two locations in Denver, Colo., and $3.5 million in raw materials for making photo products.

Another is a web auction of equipment assets starting Wednesday, Jan. 16th, at 11:00 AM (MST).
