Epson is bundling SureColor F1070 Business Edition for a turnkey solution for apparel

Epson unveiled the SureColor F1070 Business Edition, a garment printing bundle that includes the SureColor F1070 hybrid direct-to-film (DTF) and direct-to-garment (DTG) printer, featuring a compact size ideal for maker spaces and home studios. In addition, Epson is now offering white inks in a multi-pack ink program that saves 25% compared to purchasing individual ink packs.

“The new SureColor F1070 Business Edition meets the market need of entrepreneurs and small artisan businesses new to DTFilm and DTG printing that are looking for a seamless way to get started,” said Lily Hunter, product manager, Professional Imaging, Epson America. “Delivering all the benefits of the high-quality, yet affordable, SureColor F1070 with more ink packs and maintenance resources, customers can start printing on day one to create hundreds of sellable items right away.”

Engineered for both DTFilm and DTG printing, the hybrid SureColor F1070 Business Edition is for small shops, garages, or maker spaces, the company said.

The SureColor F1070 features a PrecisionCore Micro TFP printhead with Nozzle Verification Technology coupled with UltraChrome DG2 ink with CMYK+Wh. Inks are certified by OEKO-TE ECO PASSPORT and CPSIA-compliant, making them safe for apparel worn by adults, kids, and babies.

Additional easy-to-use features include automatic garment height adjustment, with the ability to print on a variety of fabric up to 1-inch thick; innovative touchscreen menu for effortless use; and an automated maintenance system, including a fabric wiper cassette and capping station to maintain printhead integrity.

The SureColor F1070 Business Edition is now available through Epson’s website and Epson Authorized Professional Imaging Resellers for an MSRP of $7,995. The printer is designed for use exclusively with Epson ink packs and includes a one-year limited warranty.
