Gelato showcases AI-powered future at Printing United 2025

Gelato, the software company behind GelatoConnect, the AI-powered operating system for print production, will showcase the new GelatoConnect AI Estimator, launched in September, at Printing United Expo 2025. Gelato will be at booth #5058. The company says GelatoConnect AI Estimator is the industry’s first AI-powered quoting engine. It produces precise estimates in 15 seconds and delivers branded, customer-ready quotes in under five minutes—cutting manual quoting work by 65% and boosting win rates by enabling PSPs to be the first to respond, according to company claims.
“Traditionally, print buying is too hard. From a customer perspective, it’s slow, there are too many friction points, and too much jargon. AI Estimator by GelatoConnect gives customers the opportunity to do it faster, at the time they want, and with less friction. It is just a huge opportunity,” said Paul Hudson, CEO of Hudson Printing Company.
Following its July rollout for apparel, GelatoConnect now enables garment decorators to manage DTG, DTF, embroidery, and hybrid workflows in the same streamlined platform—bringing the same efficiency and profitability gains beyond traditional print categories.
