New Jersey Camera Show to be Dec. 6 – Dec. 8

New Jersey Camera Show

Unique Photo’s New Jersey Camera Show will be held from Dec. 6 – 8 at the flagship store located on Route 46 in Fairfield. Unique Photo will transform its 50,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art superstore into the free public event, featuring photo shoots including Cirque Du Soleil-style performers, professional models, and endangered raptors from the National Audubon Society. Attendees also may browse the gallery of prize-winning photos from the recent New Jersey Monthly and Unique Photo Cover Contest. Food trucks, raffles and giveaways will add to the festivities.

Thirty free classes from basic level to advanced–and every level in between–will be taught by renowned photographers and industry professionals. Classes range from camera basics and Photoshop to landscape, portraiture, and sports photography.  Space is limited for all classes so pre-registration is encouraged.

“This will be our most exciting camera show yet, and just in time for the holidays when people are taking so many pictures and looking for the perfect gifts,” said Alexander Sweetwood, president, Unique Photo. “Show-stopping entertainment will add special visual elements to the show, whether people want to photograph the performers or just enjoy watching them. There’s something for everyone this year.”

Manufacturers scheduled to attend include Canon, Nikon, Olympus, Sony, Panasonic, Tamron, Sigma and Fujifilm. Attendees will have the opportunity to trade in their old camera gear, enjoy discounted sensor cleanings, and have the chance to win prizes throughout the three days of the show.
