Shutterfly Eden Prairie headquarters

Shutterfly Inc. has put up for sale the office building it acquired through the purchase of Lifetouch Inc. but intends to lease part of it back. The Eden Prairie, Minn., building, located at 11000 Viking Dr # 5 Eden Prairie, MN 55344, was built in 1999 and acquired in 2019 when the Redwood City, Calif.-based company bought the portrait giant. No asking price is listed.

Among the features, as listed in real estate listings:

  • Shutterfly, Inc. leaseback on 142,165 square feet East Building
  • 16.22 acre site with additional development capacity
  • Retail amenities near 1.3 million square foot Eden Prairie Mall
  • Nearby Light Rail stations beginning service in 2023
