Shutterfly lawyers ask judge to set aside investor lawsuit

In the case of Bill Spurlock v. Shutterfly, Inc. et al – a class-action suit filed in July, 2019, alleging Shutterfly Inc. executives withheld information regarding the then-proposed $2.7 billion acquisition deal with Apollo Global Management – Shutterfly lawyers yesterday asked Delaware federal court judge Leonard P. Stark to dismiss the suit.
