CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA announced Jörg Waskönig, 65, managing partner of Waskönig+Walter Kabel-Werk GmbH u. Co. KG, will fill the vacant Board of Trustees position of Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung. Waskönig was appointed to the four-year term by the Office for Regional Development Weser-Ems (Foundation Supervisory Authority), at the request of the Board of Trustees. A graduate engineer, he is also Chairman of the Employers’ Association Oldenburg (Arbeitgeber Verband Oldenburg e.V.).

Waskönig succeeds Dr. Rolf Hollander, the controversial long-time board member who left after a battle to remain on the board after his age-mandated retirement date. The Board of Trustees will next elect a new chairman.
