Holland America cruise ships to add Fuji Wonder Shops

Veendam was the first ship to receive the new interactive photo center.

Cruise Critic reports Fujifilm Wonder Shops will be rolled out on Holland America cruise ships throughout 2018.

The Wonder Photo Shop, which will be rolled out to more than half the fleet by the end of 2018, will allow passengers to immediately print photos from their mobile phones or memory cards via instant photo machines. Additionally, passengers will be able to customize souvenirs, such as photo books, mugs, shirts, keychains, magnets and mousepads.

Souvenir items will then be produced offsite and shipped to passengers’ homes upon returning home from their cruise. Pricing for the new services/products has yet to be revealed.

According to the announcement by Holland America, “The retail rollout began with Veendam and expands to Maasdam, Nieuw Amsterdam, Oosterdam, Prinsendam, Rotterdam, Westerdam and Zaandam over the coming months. To launch and oversee the new program, Patrick Kells joined Holland America Group as director of retail, reporting to Kelli Coleman, vice president, onboard revenue, photo, and retail.”
