Sony launches workflow imaging software for Sony cameras

Sony has released its previously announced  Imaging Edge software suite. According to Sony’s Alpha Universe site, the suite is built around three core applications – Viewer, Editor and Remote – and improves workflow and “enables users to unleash the full potential of the Pixel Shift technology built into the new α7R III, among other things.”

Imaging Edge consists of three applications (“Viewer,” “Edit,” and “Remote”) allowing the user to adjust and to develop RAW-format images on a Mac or Windows computer, and to shoot images remotely from the computer when it is tethered to the camera.
