Tiffen introduces a new addition to the classic Domke lineup of gear and apparel for photographers in the field. Brought back due to popular demand, the PhoTOGS Vest is a fresh take on the wearable accessory from the Domke brand, known for its smart utilitarian design, durability, and versatility, the company said.
The Vest is made from 100% machine washable khaki-colored cotton, with matching cotton mesh panels around the arms, yoke, and back to provide cooling ventilation. Full-cut for comfort and practicality, it’s built for on-the-go shooting with rugged quilted stitching to reinforce the fabric along the shoulder tops.
Generously outfitted with 12 individual pockets, it includes 6 cargo-style compartments lined with waterproof nylon and accessed via hook and loop fasteners. On the chest, there’s a cargo pocket with pen/pencil holders and below are 2 ample enclosures, one zippered. Add to that a rear water bottle pouch and two inside oversized hideaway pockets to keep essential gear close at hand.
Size adjustment tabs provide improved fit on the go, with three D-rings and double-sewn snap straps. A heavy-duty YKK zipper provides easy, adjustable front fastening. Top it off with a clear vinyl holder situated overst pocket for a hands-free, snag-free spot to display credentials.
