Crown Photo Systems Deutschland GmbH, a leading provider in the photo systems industry, announced a change in leadership and a new name. Effective July 1, 2024, Joachim Klemenz will step down as CEO and previous shareholder of the company. This decision comes as Klemenz reaches the age where he is entitled to enjoy his well-earned pension, the company said

Klemenz has been a cornerstone of Crown Photo Systems, and while he will be stepping back from his executive role, the company announced that Klemenz will continue as an advisor. His deep industry knowledge and experience will be instrumental in guiding the company’s future direction, the company said.

In conjunction with this transition, the company will undergo a rebranding. Starting July 1, 2024, Crown Photo Systems will be renamed GRETAGX GmbH. This new name reflects our dedication to innovation and our readiness to embrace the future while honoring the legacy built under Joachim’s leadership.

The company also announced the appointments of Willi Muench and Ralf Plag as the new combined CEOs of GRETAGX GmbH.
