Google launches Gallery Go, an offline photo organizing tool

Google launched, Google for Nigeria, a photo gallery app called Gallery Go, designed to work offline, that uses machine learning to automatically organize. The company said Gallery Go is designed for “first-time smartphone” owners to easily find, edit, and manage photos without high-speed internet or cloud backup.

According to the company, Gallery Go automatically organizes photos by the people and things, as well as features from Google Photos like auto enhance and other editing features.

Gallery Go is available in the Play Store for devices running Android 8.1 (Oreo) or higher. While the app is available worldwide, some features such as organizing photos by people aren’t available in all countries.
