Two weeks remain to register for the 2024 SPOA International Conference for School Photography & Yearbooks in Las Vegas

Registration for the School Photographers of America (SPOA) International Conference on School Photography & Yearbooks, July 8-12, 2024, at the M Resort, Las Vegas, NV, is open now through June 14. This conference and trade show brings together all segments of the school portrait and yearbook industries in the broadest education and networking opportunity in the volume photography industry. The conference begins Monday, July 8, with member company meetings, a yearbook bootcamp, a photography bootcamp, Sandler sales training, and concludes with the SPOA Welcome Party, sponsored by ImageQuix/Fotomerchant.

The conference continues Tuesday, July 9, with nationally known keynote speakers, breakout sessions will include tracks on sales, marketing, leadership, business operations, HR, photography, AI, yearbooks, family businesses, and more.

The expo will be held Wednesday, July 10, with concurrent breakout sessions.

Tim Tebow keynote and partnership

As part of its recently announced partnership with the Tim Tebow Foundation, Tim Tebow, the NFL player, Heisman Trophy winner, and philanthropist, will be a keynote speaker at the SPOA Conference.

The Tim Tebow Foundation strives to reach the Most Vulnerable People through its four ministry areas, including Anti-Human Trafficking and Child Exploitation, Special Needs, Profound Medical Needs, and Orphan Care and Prevention. Through every initiative, every official ministry partnership, every project, and every action, TTF works toward their mission of bringing Faith, Hope and Love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need.

Over the summer, SPOA will host an entire page of details, with approved copyright, logos and images to support the Tim Tebow Foundation and this partnership.

On Thursday, July 11, the program continues with breakout sessions all during the day, concluding with the gala Industry Awards Banquet, recognizing industry leaders and contributions with the presentation of The President’s Award of Excellence, the Chairman’s Award of Innovation, and the Rising Star Award. The banquet also honors the 2024 Professional Photographic Competition award winners.

The 2024 SPOA Conference will be held at The M Resort Spa Casino, which sits on the South Las Vegas Strip in Nevada, with expansive views of the city and mountains. Attendees can book rooms at a group discount rate starting at $140.
