Venus Optics releases Laowa 14mm f/4 Zero-D DSLR

Venus Optics released the Laowa 14mm f/4 Zero-D DSLR, a well-rounded every-purpose DSLR lens for full-frame cameras. The “Zero-D” feature enables photographers to create high-quality close-to-zero-distortion images without editing, the company claims. The extremely short 14.5cm minimum focusing distance makes macro-like images possible, the company said. The small and compact design makes itself more friendly to photographers of any kind. Adding the auto aperture in Canon EF version, it brings a much better user experience to all. All these attributes shape it to be an all-in-one lens that photographers can use for landscape, architecture, macro, travel photography etc. It is priced at USD 499 in  (without tax). Pricing may vary in different countries.
