Epson debuts desktop scanners

Perfection V19 II scanner

Epson America introduced the Perfection V19 II and Perfection V39 II color photo and document flatbed scanners, featuring an optical resolution of 4800 dpi. The Perfection V19 II ($89.99 MSRP) and Perfection V39 II ($119.99 MSRP) scanners are now available.

The Perfection V19 II and Perfection V39 II scan photos, artwork, illustrations, books, documents and more with the included Epson ScanSmart software, and with the Perfection V39 II, users can scan to cloud storage services as well as stitch together oversized images. The scanners include convenient one-touch scanning with easy-to-use buttons for scanning directly to PDF or email with just the touch of a button. They also allow users to easily create editable Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, or generate searchable PDF files using optical character recognition (OCR) software.

Additional features include:

  • Scan Books and Photo Albums – Features high-rise, removable lid to accommodate bulky items such as books and photo albums

  • Save Space – Includes a built-in kickstand for space-saving vertical placement and storage.
