Legacybox names Emily Holesinger as CFO
Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Legacybox promoted Emily Holesinger, CPA to CFO. Holesinger, who has nearly 15 years’ experience across finance and accounting, joined Legacybox earlier this year as controller. The announcement comes a few weeks after the company promoted Jill McKay Wilson as the company’s first COO, after serving as the company’s CMO.
“Emily is an immensely talented financial professional and is the right fit to lead our finance team as we continue to scale to meet customer demand across the U.S.,” said Legacybox co-founders Nick Macco and Adam Boeselager. “Emily’s appointment to CFO strengthens our leadership team and positions us to continue to build on our success. Her creativity and financial capabilities will benefit our customers, employees, and business partners.”
Holesinger’s responsibilities as CFO include team guidance and leadership in managing GAAP financial statements, financial analytics and modeling, as well as planning and forecasting. Prior to joining Legacybox, Holesinger served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at U.S. Xpress, Inc.
