Photoroom launches three AI tools for product photography

Hot AI imaging startup Photoroom has announced three AI tools specifically for product photography. The tools are powered by OpenAI’s gpt-image-1 image‑generation API. The new tools appear inside the existing AI Tools tab and work seamlessly with features like Retouch, Resize, and AI Backgrounds.

The three new tools are:

• Product Beautifier -Upload a product photo and get a studio-quality upgrade in one click. Great for promos, social media, and anywhere you want your visuals to shine, the company says.
• Product Staging – Products are placed in a realistic, AI-generated lifestyle scene. Whether it’s a candle in a cozy living room or a bag on someone’s shoulder, Product Staging analyzes the image. It builds a setting that feels natural, aspirational, and on-brand.
• Virtual Model – Place clothing and accessories on a curated set of AI-generated virtual models, giving customers a clearer view of fit and style across body types and poses.
