Fujifilm launches flagship REVORIA PRESS PC2120

Fujifilm Revoria PC2120

FUJIFILM North America Corp., Business Innovation Division, launched the REVORIA PRESS PC2120, the flagship model in the REVORIA PRESS series for high-end professional printing. Building on the success of the REVORIA PRESS PC1120, PC2120 introduces advanced AI-driven automation, an expanded color gamut featuring a newly developed Green toner, and stable, one-pass six-color printing using CMYK plus two specialty toners. Sales of PC2120 will be rolled out sequentially in North America beginning June 8, 2026.“With its incredible color reproduction, reliability, and overall flexibility to get even the toughest jobs done, our REVORIA PRESS™ line has consistently delighted our print service providers, and in turn, their customers,” said Andrew Gunn, Head of Print on Demand Solutions, FUJIFILM North America Corp. “The advancements PC2120 brings to the market, including its Green toner offering, set the tone for CMYK+ printing. When combined with our Aspire program, which educates print service providers on how to make more with CMYK+, PC2120 will be the press that takes our customers’ capabilities to the next level.”

PC2120 simplifies complex workflows with proprietary AI features. In prepress, the Substrate Profiler automates paper setup processes by scanning loaded paper, detecting basic information like paper type and weight, and calculating optimal transfer output adjustments. This helps reduce setup time and waste by up to 80%. The REVORIA FLOW print server uses AI technology to analyze documents and automatically recommends optimal image quality enhancements, such as sharpening text or fine lines. The AI also detects scenes within photos or images – such as people or landscapes – and applies appropriate corrections for consistent high-quality output regardless of operator experience. During printing, even when using specialty toners, the Smart Monitoring Gate continuously detects paper color variations and registration misalignments, automatically correcting them in real time without affecting print speed. This allows the machine to maintain stable, high-quality output without requiring specialized expertise.

Expanded Color Options with New Green Toner

To deliver more impactful prints, PC2120 introduces a newly developed Green specialty toner alongside the existing Pink toner. Together, they expand the printable color gamut, achieving 93% coverage of the PANTONE FORMULA GUIDE Solid Coated. The new Green toner, along with Pink toner, produces exceptionally vivid colors that closely match those seen on monitor screens. Moreover, PC2120 simplifies wide-gamut specialty color printing with features like automatic color separation, converting RGB data into CMYK layers plus Green and Pink specialty layers – significantly reducing the time complexity of prepress editing. ]In addition to CMYK toner, PC2120 can accommodate two specialty toner colors and also offers support for specialty toners: Green, Pink, Gold, Silver, Clear, White, and Textured Paper.

When using Pink toner, a simple operation automatically separates and converts part of the Magenta plate into a Pink plate. This can be especially useful when matching skin tones. The preview function allows you to check the color expression of specialty toners on the display. This reduces the time and effort required to check colors and minimizes the number of test prints, enabling efficient design production. Furthermore, a viewer that can be incorporated into online printing sites allows you to check the finish of specialty toners before submitting print data, the company said.
