Insta360 launches Insta360 ONE X2 with 5.7K 360 video
Insta360 launched the Insta360 ONE X2, a pocket-sized camera offering improved stabilization, 5.7K 360 video, IPX8 waterproofing, a 360-touch display, and a range of AI-powered editing features. Insta360 ONE X2 is available to order today via Insta360.com and select retailers worldwide.
The Insta360 ONE X2 offers four ways to shoot: 360, Steady Cam, InstaPano and MultiView.
- With 5.7K 360-degree capture, the camera catches the action in every direction. The user chooses a favorite angle during the edit or lets ONE X2’s AI do it.
- Steady Cam mode captures ultra-stable, ultra-wide footage that’s ready for instant sharing.
- InstaPano is a brand-new photo mode for capturing beautiful panoramas.
- MultiView is a game-changer for vloggers and content creators, the company says. The mode displays two angles at once with different fields of view and makes sure the subject is always in frame with the app’s face tracking.
Insta360 ONE X2 maintains the pocket-sized form factor of ONE X, while building on its strengths with a range of hardware and performance upgrades. A higher-performance 1630mAh battery keeps shooting for 80 minutes, while a new ultra-bright high-def touchscreen allows users to preview shots in 360 degrees. The camera has four mics and can be operated by voice control.
Insta360 ONE X2 retails for $429.99 USD. A selection of new accessories are also available including Lens Guards and a Bullet Time Cord for capturing slow-mo angles.
