Chromaluxe parent UW Solutions announces acquisition by Apogee
Publicly traded Apogee Enterprises, Inc. announced it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire UW Interco, LLC (“UW Solutions”) from Heartwood Partners for $240 million in cash, subject to customary closing conditions.
