Dscoop Edge Rockies draws more than 800 printing and imaging execs

More than 800 people in the digital print community attended Dscoop Edge Rockies, March 6-9, at the Gaylord Rockies Resort in Aurora, Colo. eager to gain new ideas and connections after more than two years apart since the previous in-person event. Conference organizers said the higher-than-expected attendance number includes owners and employees of more than 350 different companies from 22 countries. About 200 different print service providers are represented.

Dscoop Edge Rockies featured four keynotes from top-level speakers and 36 education sessions. Dscoop keynote speakers included the yellow-clad Jesse Cole, owner of the Savannah Bananas, a baseball team built on a foundation of creating memorable customer experiences; David Burkus, an author and former professor talking about building successful teams; Verne Harnish, founder and CEO of Scaling Up, about the power of effective marketing, pricing, and compensation strategies; and former Navy Seal commander, author and actor, Roark Denver, described his experience within warrior culture and how it addresses key workplace functions such as training, leadership, and teamwork.

“We’re so thrilled to have the Dscoop community in the same space together — everyone connecting, supporting and sharing in ways that make our group truly special,” says Betsy Davis, Edge Rockies Conference Chair and Dscoop AMS Board member. “Dscoop brings value year-round, but this event is ideal for anyone looking to improve their business, their team or themselves.”

“The entire industry is ready to move from adapting to advancing,” said Peter van Teeseling, executive director, Dscoop. “This is the best place to learn alongside great speakers, familiar and new industry friends, and innovative partners. It’s an experience unlike anything else in the print industry.”
