Light Co. updates desktop software for L16 camera
The Light Co. has updated its Lumen desktop software, necessary to transfer and to process images from its Light L16 16-lens computational photography camera. The software was rebuilt from the ground up to improve performance, the company said.
The improvements include fine-tune focus, add more depth, and optimize color and exposure functions.
In other Light L16 news, PetaPixel posted a round-up of less-than-glowing reviews of the new computational photography camera. It may be worth noting, however, Light is continually upgrading the camera’s firmware to improve performance, sharpness, noise reduction and image quality.
