Marcello Strada s.r.l. to Demonstrate Full Line of Equipment and Supplies for Producing Luxury Lay-Flat Photo Books at photokina—Hall 3.1 B40/C41
September 1, 2018 – During photokina, 26-29 September in Cologne, Germany, Marcello Strada s.r.l., a global leader in small volume cold glue bookbinding systems and consumables for making luxury lay-flat photo books, will showcase its full portfolio of photo book machines, and will introduce the AP902 ultra-strong acid-free adhesive sheet for securely binding photo book blocks to their covers.
The new AP902 permanent adhesive sheet, supplied on 62-gram cardboard, overcomes all the problems associated with liquid glues. Standard sizes are 41x100cm, 62x100cm, 72x100cm and 82x100cm, and shipments are in a pallet of 1000 sheets, packed in 20 reams of 50 sheets each. Smaller quantities and custom sizes may be ordered.
This adhesive sheet complements the removable adhesive AR804 and permanent adhesive AP904, double-sided adhesive sheets. All three adhesive cardboards are acid-free, odorless and easy to apply. Although designed for cold glue systems, they can also work with hot glue systems, eliminating the heating step.
