Ricoh launches Ricoh GR II Street Edition, provides update on PENTAX K-3 Mark III flagship

Ricoh announced the RICOH GR III Street Edition, a stand-alone model of the limited edition “RICOH GR III Street Edition Special Limited Kit” with a dedicated genuine leather strap and external mini finder. The camera body has been treated with a metallic gray finish and accentuated with an orange-yellow ring encircling the lens barrel. The exterior finish features an elegantly grained texture created by repeatedly spraying droplets of coating material onto the camera body.

With the latest firmware installed on this camera, photographers can instantly activate the full press snap feature with a single touch of the LCD panel on the back panel of the camera. This feature shifts the lens to a preselected focus the moment the shutter button is fully pressed. It can also be assigned to an LCD screen located on the back panel of the camera.

Pentax K-3 Mark III APS-C format DSLR

Ricoh also provided an update on its upcoming flagship APS-C format DSLR, the Pentax K-3 Mark III, due in February 2021. The DSLR will have a 24 MP sensor, KAF2 bayonet mount, and ISO sensitivity up to ISO 1600000.
